- 2.0” Primary pipe design. (all other competitor headers only use 1-7/8”) “True” sequential firing order design. This results in cylinder “scavenging” which improves engine efficiency by utilizing the velocity of each exhaust stroke in order to draw fresh air into each cylinder ready for the next combustion cycle.
- “Try-Y” design. Specifically for the normally aspirated 63-AMG engine, this “Try-Y” header design further optimizes scavenging effect which dramatically increases top end power while optimizing low to mid range torque.
- One piece “mono-flange” design ensures a positive exhaust manifold seal. (other competitor headers relief cut the flash resulting in warped flanges and poor seal.)
- 304 stainless steel 2.0” primary header pipes with 321 stainless flanges.
- Pre and post cat O2 sensor bungs Includes all new gaskets and additional installation hardware
All of our Dyno-Comp headers are MADE IN THE USA with American steel!!! The horsepower gains are HUGE over the stock “log” manifolds, and crushing competitor "shorty" Chinese made headers.
Our Dyno-Comp 63-AMG and AMG-55 headers are made with the BEST craftsmanship and quality of materials possible, and they are TIG welded and constructed with the same "hands" that goes into building INDY car headers!!!

Dyno-Comp "Long-Tube" AMG 55 Series Headers

Dyno-Comp is at it again with our long tube headers for your Mercedes AMG-55 Series! After months of C.A.D. design, these long tube headers use the same design and material as all of our other world renowned Dyno-Comp/MBH AMG headers.  All of our Dyno-Comp headers are MADE IN THE USA with American steel!!!
The horsepower gains are HUGE over the stock “log” manifolds, and crushing competitor "shorty" Chinese made headers.
The Dyno-Comp AMG-55 Long Tube headers are guaranteed to make a minimum of a 40-45 wheel horsepower gains. When used in conjunction with RENNtech stage 3 software ECU and Pulley upgrade Dyno-Comp has seen 80 to 100 Wheel HP, and with many tests seeing even greater power gains!
